New Institutions Added: November 2025

OK, we’re on a roll now! This month we added 60 new institutions to PatronView with 512,387 contributions.

Here’s how our institution count has grown since we launched:

🏛️ Major Museums

The biggest museums often have the most donors. I fear that we’ll be running out of these “Heavy Hitters” soon, but we got some good ones this month.

• Museum of Fine Arts Boston – 71,906 contributions. Massive! Wow. Also such a great museum.

• The Huntington – 39,165 contributions

• Field Museum – 28,841 contributions

• Dallas Museum of Art – 26,912 contributions. My parents live in Dallas. I should really go visit this museum next time I’m in town.

• The Walters Art Museum – 22,852 contributions

• Barnes Foundation – 22,355 contributions. Shocking, but I’ve never been to the Barnes.

• Boise Art Museum – 20,951 contributions. HOW does this museum have so many donors! Kudos to you Idaho people.

• Philadelphia Museum of Art – 18,307 contributions. This should have more. Need to investigate later.

• Saint Louis Art Museum – 18,172 contributions. I love this museum, and I love calling it SLAM.

• Amon Carter Museum of American Art – 15,111 contributions

• Toledo Museum of Art – 14,359 contributions

• Menil Collection – 13,824 contributions. Another great museum in Texas.

• Speed Art Museum – 13,086 contributions. They hired us at Museum Hack. I think it was 8-10 years ago, but I should look it up.

I should really reconsider these smaller organizations, but we’re still getting our feet wet here and figuring out what cadence to go for data scraping. Some of these, like Roundabout, have considerable donors that overlap to other major museums.

• Count Basie Center for the Arts – 7,468 contributions

• Roundabout Theater Company – 3,771 contributions

• American Ballet Theater – 3,604 contributions

• Detroit Symphony Orchestra – 2,062 contributions

• Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center – 933 contributions

• New York City Ballet – 782 contributions

• Tennessee Performing Arts Center – 573 contributions

• Orchestra of St. Luke’s – 489 contributions

🌿 Gardens & Nature

• Pacific Bonsai Museum – 2,696 contributions. This one was funny: I guess I was just surprised how many donors they had. I was poking around online one night and shocked to find such local support for this place. I guess I need to visit it!

• New York Botanic Garden – 1,584 contributions. I wish we could find more data here.

• Queens Botanical Garden – 1,556 contributions. Here, too.

• Houston Zoo – 83 contributions. We’ll come back and get more records added here soon.

• Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center – 10,804 contributions

• Big Brothers Big Sisters – 10,335 contributions

• Safe Horizon – 4,467 contributions

• Big Brothers Big Sisters of America – 4,373 contributions

• Goodwill NYNJ – 947 contributions
